WelbeHealth’s center in Long Beach, California has been serving our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) participants since 2020. We serve a diverse population of seniors, including a large Latino population. Our team has helped to establish strong relationships with senior support organizations in the community.
