What's the difference between WelbeHealth and PACE?
WelbeHealth is a public benefit company committed to helping seniors thrive and live longer lives with greater connection, vitality, and meaning. WelbeHealth provides full-service health care and personalized support to help seniors age well at home and in their communities through delivering the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a comprehensive, fully integrated, provider-based health plan for frail seniors. Funded by Medicare and Medicaid, PACE helps seniors meet their care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home. Currently, there are more than 240 PACE centers operating in more than 30 states.
How is WelbeHealth different from other senior care options?
Our team culture, commitment to helping seniors thrive, and our innovative approach to delivering PACE set WelbeHealth apart. We address the holistic physical, mental, and social needs of seniors, not just their medical treatment.
